Delegate Shott moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Senate Bill No. 445 -- “A Bill to amend and reenact §49-1-201 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to amending the definition of “abused child” to include a child conceived as a result of sexual assault; and providing that no victim of sexual assault may be determined to be an abusive parent based upon being a victim of sexual assault.”
